1. Always have a plan. Layout what you need for dinner first thing in the morning and place it close to your stove. It will be easily accessible when you need it. Doing this will also make you aware of any item that you may be out of so that you can plan accordingly.

2. I doing monthly planning and preparing once a month. This is the biggest time saving time. You have ready made meals at your finger tips. Some just have to be heated and served or others can be cooked in the crock-pot.

3. If I have ever failed with the first two due to lack of planning I will make sandwiches and soup or order take out.
